AIDS Healthcare Foundation!

We are expanding our business across the United States and have decided to come to Dallas, Texas. Our newly remodeled outpatient healthcare clinic is located at 7777 Forest Lane, Suite B-122. Our hours of operation will be Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30pm.

Founded in 1987, AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) is the largest specialized provider of HIV/AIDS medical care in the nation. Our mission is to provide cutting edge medicine and advocacy, regardless of ability to pay. Through our healthcare centers, pharmacies, health plan, research and other activities.

The RN Nurse Manager will report to our Director of Nursing and will work in a collaborative environment with our Medical providers to provide quality patient care. Responsibilities include, nursing staff management, patient assessment, evaluation and triage. Additional duties may include but are not limited to: the development and implementation of alternative approaches to care delivery model, staff and patient education and personal support systems in the areas of disease management, safe sex, etc.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills (bilingual English/Spanish preferred). As a RN you must be committed to the highest standard of quality care and patient advocacy.

Education and/or Experience
• Graduate from an accredited RN program.
• BSN required

Other Skills & Abilities/Qualifications
•Knowledge of HIV/AIDS and related medical and patient care issues and concerns in diverse populations.
• A minimum of 2 years previous supervisory experience, required
• Strong clinical nursing skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in phlebotomy and intravenous insertion, care and therapy

Certificates, Licenses and Registrations
• Current State RN License in applicable working location.
• Current CPR certification (Healthcare Provider).
• Valid Texas Driver License with proof of liability insurance.
