Job description:
Provides primary medical care services including assessment, diagnosis and treatment to patients of the Lincoln County Health Center. Provides holistic primary medical care for families and clients across the lifespan. Emphasizes health promotion and disease prevention. Manages acute and chronic diseases in accordance with accepted medical standards and within the scope of practice. Assesses the client's condition, performs and interprets laboratory tests, prescribes appropriate treatments/therapies and educates clients.

Job Requirements
Education, training, experience:
One year of experience as nurse practitioner, preferably in community health or behavioral health. Current unencumbered Oregon RN licensure and nurse practitioner certification required. Graduation from an accredited nurse practioner school required. Valid Oregon driver's license.
